Is Pure O Fresh the same as Arogya Aaharam?
Yes. We have served families for 6 years as Arogya Aaharam. The same people, sourcing and values now run under the Pure O Fresh name and app.
What are your delivery hours?
We take orders every day from 6 AM to 11 PM by app, website cart, WhatsApp or phone.
How can I place an order?
Three ways: add items to the cart on this website and send the order on WhatsApp, use the Pure O Fresh app on Android or iPhone, or simply message or call us with your list.
Are your products fresh?
We source natural, chemical-free produce and staples directly from farmers and small producers. Each product page describes what the item is. If you have a specific question about a product, ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you sell medicines?
Medicine delivery is coming soon. Leave your interest on our medicine page and we will let you know when it starts.
Can I order without the app?
Yes. You do not need to install anything. Use this website, WhatsApp or a phone call.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. The Pure O Fresh app is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
What if something in my order is not right?
Tell us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will fix it. Our aim is an accurate, fresh order every time.
What is the Pure O Fresh replacement guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with a product, tell us and we will replace it. Report fruits, vegetables, milk and eggs within 6 hours of delivery, and groceries and other products within 48 hours. See our promise page for how to claim.
What does 'direct from farmers, no middlemen' mean?
We buy from farmers and small producers directly instead of going through layers of traders and agents. The money that middlemen would normally take stays in the price, so you get better value and farmers get a fairer deal.
