Orders
Adding items to the website cart does not place an order. An order is placed once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp, phone or the app.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Indian rupees and can change with market rates. Fresh produce depends on season and stock. The final bill and delivery charge are confirmed before dispatch.
Delivery
We deliver in Tenali. Delivery times are agreed with you when we confirm the order.
Replacement guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a product, tell us within 6 hours of delivery for fruits, vegetables, milk, dairy and eggs, or within 48 hours for groceries and other products, and we will replace it. See our promise.
Issues with an order
Tell us as soon as possible on WhatsApp with a photo. See the cancellation policy for details.
